Instant Ink - No yellow ink, poor photos, delayed replacement

Our colour cartridge is out of yellow ink. We have been trying to print off a lot of photos for Christmas letters for the past couple of weeks, and the lack of ink has been causing big delays. The pictures are now coming out the wrong colour, due to the lack of yellow. (Very pink.) This seemed to happen with the last cartridge sent out too, and the Instant Ink website thinks the ink level is fine, because blue and red are fine. Nevertheless, a new colour cartridge was sent out on the 4th of December due to the overall drop in colour ink, but we still haven't received it. Can you please send a new one next-day delivery now as we are running out of time to get these letters sent out? There is clearly a flaw in the cartridge design where one colour runs out faster than the others but the system thinks it's fine. Also, the Virtual Agent is useless! Impossible to get in touch with any help with a real person, only pre-programmed FAQ-level advice. Please just give us a live chat option and an email address. (I'm in the UK.)
