I have not received a cartridge since 2017, but have paid $144, with overages past my “plan”. I tried to call to discuss and received terrible customer service which included a man with a microphone that didn’t work, then I was transferred to a French speaking man, then I was hung up on and unable to get another agent - the problem wasn’t recognized by the virtual agent, so I couldn’t get a code to proceed again towards a representative on the phone.
Why am I paying money and receiving nothing?
