HP OfficeJet Pro 8024 All-in-One Printer

Hello Community! My problem is that in the HP Smart Infoboard the counter of the printed pages is too high! It shows 1 page too much for a certain day, another day it shows 1 printed page, but I certainly didn't print anything that day!

Do you have any ideas? Why and how is my printer sending incorrect information home to HP? The warranty has expired so I can't use phone support, it would be more expensive than the two sites.

Thank you very much for your suggestions!

Gerdi

(I assume this is the wrong board for my question, but I don't know which is the right one!)

Hello Rainbow23, that's the problem. My phone call would be way more expensive than the cost for the wrongly charged pages. I hoped, that the problem was already known here.
