HI everyone, So I will get strait to the point bc I feel like I've been running in circles, chasing my tail. I've been with HP and using HP Instant Ink Subscription for as long as I can remember. And Ive never had an issue, I upgraded due to homeschooling and all of a sudden, around the holidays I had an Instant ink package from HP come up missing along with a triple increase on what I normally owe. And like i said I never experienced this before and didn't feel I was responsible for the "Your not going to be able to print soon. Please contact HP link attached", message that stayed on my printers screen. And then as days passed, a new message of "Cannot Print. Please contact attached HP link". And I noticed Hp Instant Ink was trying to hit my account for the same price. I got in contact with HP and basically that amount had to be paid in order for everything to go back. Well its been paid everything on my account is good EXCEPT the ink cartridges now. Same ones that came with the printer that still say set up, and now my printer is stuck with a circle spinning stating "Printer maintenance in progress. Do not interrupt". I cleaned out my jets unplugged my printer and all of the above and I'm back at square one. Does anyone have a clue to fix the ink cartridges? Im STUCK and need YELLPPPP!

Hi @KelSmith,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing printing issues with your HP printer.
Please follow the steps listed below to reset the unit.
1. With printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.
Hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
