We have an HP Officejet 6962 all-in-one and instant ink seems to be holding our printer hostage. We can't print and instant ink says there is a payment issue but when we go through process of picking a pland and proceeding it wants us to go to the printer and select the ePrint to get a code - again we can't print anything so I can't get the code required. Can we buy HP ink cartridges from a store and put them in for the printer to work? How do we get out of instant ink?

Yes, you can use the regular HP cartridges from the stores to continue printing.
