I canceled my subscription but didn't realize that would mean I couldn't use all the ink I had. I re-enrolled. However, my printer is STILL saying "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink." My HP Smart app is saying "cartridges require HP Instant Ink enrollment." BUT I AM ENROLLED. I have been trying to fix this for hours, and hours, and hours.

Hi @slaterbecky,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with instant ink cartridges after re-enrolling it.

This could be because you have re-enrolled and the previous cartridges are not recognised and you may have to wait for a new set of cartridges.

However, for more details on this issue, I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out. 😊

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers
