Product: HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer

Hi there, I wonder if anybody can help ?

Using Instant Ink, I sent a Refer a Friend link to a friend.

However, they have setup a six month free Instant Ink account

without clicking on my link.

Is there any way they can still use my link or recommendation ?

Any suggestions would be welcome !

It has been ten days since I posted my query.

I am very surprised that nobody has answered at all.

The printer was purchased from Currys and they also advertised an

increase of one year warranty (to two years total) - this also does

not appear to have been honored when the printer was

registered.

Should I speak to HP support regarding these two problems ?
