Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

I tried to cancel this service, since I have so much extra ink, and the printer will not work.  Now, the printer head needs replacing and I am going to dispose of the printer.  Can I get a refund on all of the extra ink that I have???

 

What a rip off.  Buyer beware!!!

Usually, once the instant ink program is canceled, the instant ink cartridges will not work. However, will need some additional support from our internal teams in HP for has to help you further. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
