I turned off my instant ink to my work computer while being forced to work from home. I am back at the office now so thought it would be easy to activate this service again. Nope....

This system is genius: To activate the printer you must print a test page

When you don't have an active instant ink account you can't print????????????

So I called in to someone on the other side of the world and after 20 minutes of her trying to add it she put me on hold for

another 25 minutes and then.........dial tone

She did ask me for a call back number in case we got disconnected but apparently she lost it

This is a terrible set up!!! And after 2 hours I still have no printer. But no instant ink, no printer

Just a cluster F of a systemyou think you could at least have decent service

Hi,

Could you please clarify your printer model?

You may locate the claim code using the printer screen when applicable, or using the HP Smart app.

Please let us know your printer model and operating system on your computer or mobile device connected to the same network as your printer.
