Hey... so I'm pretty sure someone stole my instant ink package last week. Canada Post says it was delivered and when I contacted them they said the GPS pinged at the correct location but it's nowhere to be found.
Is there any way to re-order ink? I can't see any options on the website.

Hi,
I have a similar situation where the cartridges never arrived or they were stolen. I have shipment items in my account wth tracking numbers which go nowhere. How did you get access to someone at HP to look into your issue? I have run out of ink and really need the cartridges.
