HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

Our business has always had an instant ink subscription.  However, we are nearly out of ink and nothing has been sent to us.  I've tried to find my subscription, but all it keeps doing is sending me to pages to sign up for instant ink.  We are already signed up and have been for several years through several printers, including the past year with this current printer.  The printer itself is almost out of ink, but the software says the ink is fine and there is no reason to send it.

I've tried contacting customer service but I keep getting an error message for the chat saying that the service is not available with a live customer and the virtual chat is no help.  Our current printer is still under warranty.  Has anyone had this sort of thing happen?  How do I find my lost subscription?
