Hi,
My existing Credit card expired and I have updated the Card details twice and updated on Online but the Plan is still in Suspended Stage.
I have tried reconnecting, Wifi, restarted the printer, router and all. nothing seems to be working.
I cannot print now, can this be resolved sooner for me?
