Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I enter my credit card info for the free trial of instant ink, it just loads and deletes all the info to be entered again. It will not let me get past this part.

I understand that you are unable to complete the instant ink setup.

 

Have you tried you using a different browser?
