I have not received the plastic envelopes to return used ink cartridges in my last two ink shipments.

Has HP discontinued this service?   Thanks for any info!

Thank you for reaching out about your Instant Ink recycling envelopes. I’m happy to clarify this for you!

 

The recycling envelope should normally be included with your Instant Ink cartridge shipment. If you didn’t receive one in your last two shipments, you can easily request a replacement envelope directly through your Instant Ink account portal, just log in and look for the Recycling or Order Return Envelope option.

 

Alternatively, you can always recycle used cartridges using HP’s free recycling program here:
HP Planet Partners Recycling Program

Just follow the steps for your country, it’s quick and free!
