Its about the title saying, i have bought an HP instantink cartridges and they came with a voucher code of 10 euros, but when trying to retrieve the code in the HP website on my profile i get an error message saying something like:
"We're sorry, but this code or promotional code is not valid in your region."
i bought the cartridges on Amazon Spain, i am from Portugal, right next to it. what is wrong with the code or with my account? do i need to change my region on profile to redeem the code corretly?!
