Hi. We have moved from Spain to Norway, thinking I could change my Instant Ink address.. Hours and days of trial and error later: I cannot get it to work.
I have:
1. Cancelled my instant ink subscription within my Spanish HPsmart account. (but was unable to delete/cancel my account)
2. Factory reset my printer
3. Signed up for a NEW Norwegian HPSmart account using another email address,
4. Now trying to subscribe to Instant Ink via my New Norwegian HPSmart account - which fails.. It says "Something went wrong. Try again later" (picture)
5. I've read many have had the same problem, but there has been no sollution posted that works.
Can anyone help??

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to advice me to contact HP support. Problem is, there is no way to contact HP support as my printer is, although as good as new, more than 3 years old and not anymore covered by manufacturer guarantee, and any request for support will be at a premium fee. Hence reaching out to this forum.
My only sollution seems to be to purchase a new printer from another brand, and hope their support is better.
