I have an issue with my Instant Ink cartridge. I tried to solve the problem following any available solution I could find on HP websites and anywhere on the Internet but nothing worked. I wasn't printing much for a while and the ink is now well past expiration date (2019/11/26). I received the black ink already so the problem is with the colour only. The printer shows there is more than a half of the tank availabe but the only colour that is printed is yellow. Trying to empty this cartridge by printing is a horrible waste of paper and pages in my subscription. Is there any chance to get new ink earlier?
