The black instant ink cartridge on my wireless printer is faulty. I have gone through every utility in the HP diagnostic toolkit and it comes back as no problem. The only thing left is that the cartridge is faulty.
I have tried customer support, the AI virtual assistant - everything.
What I really need is a replacement ink cartridge supplied under the instant program. How do I go about getting that please?
