I have paid for Instant Ink monthly for years, andI never get any cartridges. I badly need a black one, but HOW can I ever get HP to take notice of me?

  • Check for pending cartridge shipments: Ensure your shipping address is correct and there are no issues with deliveries that might be preventing the cartridges from arriving.
  • Troubleshooting Cartridge Orders: Sometimes there are delays or issues with the system recognizing when new cartridges need to be shipped. Try canceling and reactivating your subscription through the account settings or through HP support to see if it resolves the issue.
