Hi to everyone! I'm writing because I have a problem with my HP Instant Ink subscription. I have the printer connected to the wi-fi line and my home page says everything is ok, the printer is connected. I have switched my subscription from 300 pages to 100 pages in these months because it's summer and I need to print less.
However, I don't receive cartridges since May 2019.
Can anyone help to understand why?

Hey there! @Kim71,
Is your printer connected to the internet all the time?
If the printer is not connected to the internet all the time the ink status won't get updated and you will have a delay in the ink shipment.
“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments. It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data. Any issues will be shown with steps to fix. Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com
If you have not received the replacement ink cartridges yet. Please share out few details in a private message, so I can check your account details and initiate an order to ship you the replacement ink cartridges at an express shipment.

The printer is connected to the Internet.
Checking the cartridges state I see that the page count is 76 out of 100 and both black and colour cartridges are at about 75% full, so I still have ink enough for a while.
How can I send you a private message with the information you asked?
