The idea that cartridges from Instant Ink THAT YOU'VE PAID FOR can't be used till empty after you've changed over to Instant Ink on a new printer is reprehensible. Really STINKS, guys. I've got them; I've paid for them; I should still be able to use them till they are empty. All the words I'm not allowed to use in this forum are all the words I give you now! What a **bleep** corporate decision ....

Hi @BigRenman,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to use instant ink cartridges after cancellation.
HP Instant Ink cartridges do not work after the end of your current billing period, and you are required to return them to HP. To continue printing after your billing cycle ends, make sure you have standard replacement ink cartridges ready to use in your printer.
You may refer to -Cancel Your HP Instant Ink Service
Hope this helps!

Perhaps you don't understand the concept of having ink in my possession - that I have PAID FOR - not able to be used up on my old printer after switching my Instant Ink to my new printer. Let me repeat .... That STINKS! Why can't I use what I have ALREADY PAID FOR. How unpopular and cheap does HP want to be?
In addition the set-up cartridges for the new printer ran OUT OF INK in the first 28 pages!! Now I'm waiting over 10 days for my new wonderful Instant Ink cartridges for my new printer that I can't use BECAUSE I HAVE NO INK. Instant? I don't think so. Do you see something wrong here? I sure do ...
Don't tell me things I already know, OK?

Instant Ink is basically a monthly subscription-based service from HP where you pay a fee each month for the number of pages you print and not for the ink cartridges.
Could you provide your instant ink account details in a private message, so I can track the order for the welcome kit?
Let me know!
