Instant Ink cartridges not working

Hi,

I am having a problem with my printer telling me when I install a set of Instant Ink cartridges that they cannot be used until I have enrolled in HP instant ink.

 

The HP Instant ink site is telling me that the printer is successfully enrolled (last November), if I try and add the printer again using the code from the device, it tells me that I am already enrolled and take me back to the original printer.

 

I can also sent an email to the hpeprint.com address and this will print fine with none Instant Ink cartridges.

 

I have reset the printer to defaults and it is connected to my wifi fine and software updates are up to date. 

 

This is the second set of cartridges I have been sent by HP Support.

 

I have used HP Instant ink for over three years and this is a new printer to replace the last printer which stopped feeding paper.

 

The printer's web portal is saying that instant Ink is disabled - but HP support said that this is not an issue.

 

Any ideas or is the printer faulty?
