I subscribed to Instant Ink
My credit card expired
Which caused my Instant Ink subscription to be about a month behind.
My cartridges stopped working
I updated my credit card information
But the cartridges still don't work
(I tried plugging and unplugging the cartridges and unplugging the printer for 60 seconds)

Your account was likely suspended or canceled due to the non-payment, which would cause the Instant Ink cartridges to not work. I suggest you contact the HP Instant Ink Support folks to resolve this. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
