I bought an HP Envy with 6 months Instant Ink on 31st December 2021. Why do I now have an email from HP saying I will pay for ink from 6th March? 6 months means end of June 2022.

To add important detail, I enrolled the printer on 6th January 2022 and my Instant Ink plan details confirm £3.49/month plan for 100 pages a month, with 6 trial months and billing starting on 6th July 2022 (see first screenshot).

Why then is HP sending me an email on 27th Jan indicating I must pay £4.49/month from 6th March (second screenshot)? This is not the contract I signed up to.

The time and effort to try to get this resolved is ridiculous - virtual agent was useless and no reply from the WhatsApp 🙄
