Recently, my printer has been reporting communication errors on my tri-colour cartridge, Removing and re-seating the cartridge and/or cleaning the contact face (per the Troubleshooter and Virtuial Agent) has usually got it working again but only for one or two pages at best and now it seems not to want to work at all.
If I simply "hide" the error on the display the printer will not print (even for B/W) and the Instant Icon shows an envelope with a Stop symbol.
How can I request a replacement cartridge? - I don't use Whatsapp and currently there's no phone number displayed to call support.
The affected cartridge is still the first Instant Ink one shipped with the Welcome Pack in March 2020 and installed in August 2020.
Incidentally, the printer itself (Envy Photo 6220) is still under extended warranty.
