Product: HP ENVY Photo 7134
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i have a HP ENVY Photo 7134 and the instant ink colour cartridge is no longer working.

 

im on the instant ink plan and put in the colour cartridge and it just reporting an error, replace cartridge. Old cartridge works fine (apart from lack of ink) also a 3rd party works fine.

In trying to get it to work ive used up monthly credits already!

 

I've Updated firmware and done the normal checks. The virtual agent is not helping and cant find a uk contact number anywhere, I think i need a new instant ink colour cartridge.. Please help!!

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
