I installed a replacement printer head in my Officejet Pro 8620. When using cartridges that came with the new head I get this error message " Do not use setup cartridges" When using completely full Instant ink cartridges, the printer will not align and although test pages seem to be printing, the ejected page is blank. Are instant ink cartridges compatible with new printer heads? Are there special instructions to make them work?
