Product: HP Envy 6132e All-in-One Printer

I have ordered official HP cartridges via the app.  with the understaning that when these are empty I will order more official ones.  Totally confused as another set has arrived and I have not finished using the original ones.  Tried to log on for support but AI sending me round in circles.

HP Recommended

The instant ink will send you new ink cartridges when the level of yours are low. You don't need to do anything. You have a set of ink cartridges ready for replacement when needed.

 

Also, understand that when you are subscribed to Instant Ink, you are paying monthly for printed pages, not for ink cartridges; the ink cartridges are free.
