I am enrolled in the Instant Ink scheme and but recently the black ink cartridge has become defective. The printer says that the indicated cartridge is not communicating correctly with the printer. I have gone through all of the contact cleaning process multiple times with no luck. My Instant Ink scheme now says that no replacement will be sent until the problem is resolved, but how do I go about doing this? If the cartridge is defective can Instant Ink just send a replacement?
