Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I cannot register for Instant Ink. If I use the code that comes up, it says the code is invalid...

I have tried to re-resiter for the webservices but still get the same claim code...

I am unable to proceed...

Does anyone have an idea what the issue is?
