Hello,
I'nt see the HP DeskJet 2620 printer between the Instant Ink compatible printers. Searching it on Amazon, instead, you can see that buying it as new you can get three months of free subscription to II.
Can you help me?
Thanks

Hello and thanks for your return,
Unfortunately, the HP DeskJet 3000 series J310 Printer, is not eligible for the HP Instant Ink service.
To connect your HP DeskJet 2620 printer to the wireless network, connect it to the computer using the USB cable.
To obtain the claim code for the printer, please go to the Turn On Web Services section.
When you enroll additional printers in HP Instant Ink, separate Instant Ink plan fees are charged to your credit or debit card for each printer. Printed pages and rollover pages are tracked for each printer separately.
- Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.
- In the My Account area of your HP Instant Ink account page, click Enroll Another Printer.
- Select your printer from the list. The HP DeskJet , and then HP DeskJet 2620 Series for you.
- Type your enrollment/prepaid key or select your plan.
- If you purchased an enrollment card or a prepaid card from a participating retailer, click Enter pin code/key and then type the key found under the scratch-off portion of the enrollment or prepaid card.Make sure you type the key exactly as it displays on the card, or enrollment cannot complete.
- If you have not purchased an enrollment card, select from the available plans.
- In the Printer Setup screen, use the blue arrows to scroll through printers if more than one printer is connected.
- If you find the printer that you want to enroll, click Continue.
- If only a previously-enrolled printer appears, click Add Another Printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to HP Instant Ink.
- If the printer appears but is listed as offline, make sure it is connected and online, and then click Try again.
- On the Shipping page, enter the address which you would like HP to ship your Instant Ink cartridges to, then click Save & Continue.
- On the Billing Information page, enter a prepaid key and your payment card information, and then click Continue (if a prepaid card was entered earlier, then just enter your payment card information).
- On the Submit Order page, review your information. If you have a promotional or refer-a-friend code, type it into the Special Offers box and click Apply. Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service, and then click Enroll.HP Instant Ink sends a welcome email with information about your account. Continue to the next step.
- Check for an HP Instant Ink welcome email.
NOTE:
HP Instant Ink cartridges are delivered 7-10 days after enrollment. When your current ink cartridges are low, replace them with HP Instant Ink cartridges. As soon as you replace one of the ink cartridges with an HP Instant Ink cartridge, your page count and billing cycle begin. The date of your new monthly bill might be different from the date of your original printer's monthly bill.

I am sorry for this new question:
how to subscribe the 2620 printer to Instant Ink?
I have printed the printer status report with it, but I'nt see any request code that I have instead used to subscribe other printers to my II account. Moreover the printer is not settable as wireless printer.
May I have to set it as network printer?
I have also one HP DeskJet 3000. Is it eligible for one II subscription?
Regards,
Emiliano
