HP Envy Pro 6430
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've skipped the instant ink free trial message because I thought I could get back to it later. I've logged in an account I have in Poland. I've moved to Ireland so I can't access the Instant Ink page for Ireland with that account, even though I've changed the region of my account in the settings.

I want to add the printer to the account of the other user of the printer but it tells me the claim code for the printer is invalid. I've tried to disable and enable the web services but I still get the invalid code message.

@nefercheres, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

If you have moved to a different country, you will have to create a new account and enroll the printer. Instant Ink free trial should be claimed within 7 days of enrollment.

It seems you have exceeded the period to claim this offer.

For more info, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
