I’m being charged for instant ink but no ink…ever!! It says ready to print but connectivity issues, so it won’t ship the ink I pay for monthly. I received one shipment a year ago but it was for the wrong cartridge. There is zero support and virtual assistant is useless. Canceled subscription today but I’ll still be charged next month. Meanwhile I’ve had the printer over a year and out of ink for at least 4 months. Setting up subscription on Amazon today.
