Bonjour,

Peut-être qu'ici je trouverai quelqu'un de compétent pour ma situation :
J'ai voulu souscrire à Instant Ink, j'ai contacté un agent jeudi pour savoir si mon imprimante peut avoir internet par câble (ethernet ou USB avec adaptateur), il me répond "oui sans problème" MAIS C'EST FAUX !!
Sur les infos de mon imprimante HP OfficeJet 3833, il n'est écrit nulle part qu'il faut absolument la connexion internet par wi-fi !
Vendredi, j'annule mon abonnement devenu inutile par votre mauvaise information du produit et de la mauvaise formation reçue par votre service clientèle.
Samedi, je réalise que HP m'a pris 1,00$ sur ma carte de crédit (ce n'est pas grand chose mais c'est le principe).
Selon la Loi en vigueur au Québec, voici 2 fautes de HP :
XI.LPC-Recours civils - 1-Preuves et Procédures, Présomption, Disproportion et Autres stipulations interdites
XIII.LPC-Pratiques de commerce - 7-Omission
Et maintenant, il y a un vol ! J'exige être remboursée et que HP efface toutes mes données de ses bases de données.

I did a post in english also. Someone asked me to answer his private message, I did it 2 days ago already !! and I still with no answer and no solution.
Finding an answer on the website, even in french, is really a mess.
I think the HP client service sucks.
Hopefully, the printer is very good (if you compare with a Canon !)
