HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer

My printer was removed from my account by an HP agent whp assured me we could re-enroll it under a different email, failing to tell methey won't enroll printers ovr five years old. The subsequent agents have said, "just go buy a new printer." I am not in the position to "just go buy" anything, let alone a replacement printer when this one is fine. Looks like HP could not care less about keeping things out of landfills. If I must buy a new printer, it won't be an HP!

I have seven UNOPENED Instant Ink cartidges. I want to return them for refund, as I've been paying the monthly fee for years, or at minimum, excchange fo regular cartridges. Agent tells me to send back in the recycling envelopes. THEY ARE UNOPENED and should not be recycled. What a wasteful company. I will strongly recommend to everyone not to purchase HP products if this is how irresponsibly you're going to treat our planet.

I have wasted about twenty hours on the phone with your agents with no solutions offered and flatly denied what I consider to be a fair and easy solution, I never would have unenrolled the printer in the first place if your agent hadn't said it would be okay. Either she wasn't trained properly, or this is how you try to force customers to buy new printers, either way is unacceptable!
