I am enrolled on the Instant Ink program however I ran out of ink a few days ago and I really REALLY need to print.  I received an email from HP advising that due to COVID19 the factory is closed so they don't know when I will get ink.  I purchased regular cartridges online and had them shipped overnight (already so far behind with work) and now when I instal them I am unable to print as they are 'incompatible' because they are purchased rather thank Instant Ink.  How do I get around this??

@mcm1207, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Ideally, the regular ink cartridges should work normally without any changes to your account or the printer. If you have issues, follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
