HP ENVY 4528 All-in-One Printer

Hi!

I have an HP Envy 4528 printer with an Instant Ink subscription. The problem I'm facing is that the ink cartridge for colour is a multi-cartridge with all 3 colours in one. So, right now it is completely out of Magenta, but I am not receiving a replacement cartridge automatically due to the cartridge itself being still more than half full in total due to the other colours being left in the same cartridge, the HP 302. 

 

I have tried running diagnostics, cleaning program and second cleaning program (both of them twice) and each time it says there is much ink left, but the page prints without the magenta blocks, while cyan and yellow are completely fine.

 

So how do I get the Instant Ink subscription to recognize that I actually do need a refill when the printer still reads the cartridge as half full?
