instant ink black cartridge is not working. I contacted support and did all the troubleshooting steps, cleaned the print head etc and nothing worked. It’s as if it ran out of ink. The CS agent said they shipped me a new cartridge but it has never arrived and never gave me shipping details. Case number [edited]
