Product: HP ENVY Pro 6430 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, My account shows 3 pages apparently printed while I was 6000 miles away, the house was empty and the printer was switched off. Please can someone a) explain how this might have happened and b) advise how to actually contact HP to get this resolved, instead of being passed from 'Virtual Assistant' to generic and, in this case, useless FAQ answers?  Thank you
