Hi, on 26/06/22 I downgraded my Instant Ink plan from £9.99 to £2.99 and received an email indicating that the change would be effective on 04/07/22.

However today I have been charged £9.99. The change of plan is reflected in my account.

I cannot find an email address or contact number for billing issues.

I'd be grateful for your help.

The billing for the Instant Ink program is in arrears, the bill you received is for the month of service that just completed.  Your next bill should reflect the new rate.
