Printer was working normally. Ink was low. I changed the cartridges' and printer is not working properly. I can't read anything what is coming out of it. There's no error messages.

I already ran aligning  and cleaning printer tools, and it's still not working.

Would be defective cartridges'? Help!!!!

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
