HP DeskJet 4252e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Instant Ink sent wrong printer cartridge. Not compatible.

I bought Deskjet 4252e on Jan 7, 2025, which requires 67 ink cartridges.

Instant Ink sent 67/305 color and black printer cartridges.

I get an error code when I insert 67/305.

I received Instant Ink cartridges for the introduction offer.

I did withdraw from the Instant Ink subscription.

But the Instant Ink that I received should have been compatible. Is not.

Thanks, Burke Mikulis

@Amanda9604, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you have cancelled the instant ink subscription, the instant ink cartridges will not work. Instant Ink cartridges only work in enrolled printers.
At the end of the billing cycle, you must remove Instant Ink cartridges and purchase Original HP Ink or Toner directly from the retailer of your choice to continue printing.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
