I'm trying to set up instant ink.  I get right through to adding payment details then I get an error message saying:  "There was a problem finalizing your subscription."  It doesn't tell me what the issue is so I can't correct it.  I've used different cards and different devices so no clue what the issue is.  Any help would be gratefully received.

Hi Betty

Thanks for your reply.  I have an HP Envy 5540.  The issue is with setting up the Instant Ink account, not installing any ink.

Thanks

Marie
