I have an instant ink subscription and was supposed to receive my ink shipment last Jan 16. It's now Jan 23 and the tracking status is stuck on label created. Per Canada Post, no product has been handed over to them and there is no delivery date provided. I also tried calling and chatting but it always reverts me to a page that does not proceed. How come there is no actual HP support or live person who can provide support for issues like these? I have ran out of ink already and the lack of method to follow up or even submit a ticket or reach a live agent is seriously making me want to just cancel my subscription.
