HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

I have an Officejet 3830 in the Instant Ink plan. I just received the following HP email concerning shipping a replacement ink cartridge:

"Please enable HP Web Services on your printer.

HP Web Services is how we connect your Instant Ink account to your printer in order to send you the right ink before you run out.

Follow these easy steps:

Locate the ePrint icon on your HP printer's Home Screen.

Tap the ePrint icon, then tap Set Up.

When prompted, accept Terms and Conditions."

I followed the instructions and tapped the ePrint icon and tapped Set Up, but I never saw any Terms and Conditions to accept.

Also, I've received replacement cartridges before without any problems---until now with this HP email.

Any suggestions on solving this problem?

Problem solved----two days after I received the HP email I mentioned in my original post, I received a second HP email saying my new ink cartridge is on its way.

I don't know what caused the problem, but I hope it doesn't occur again.
