Product: HP ENVY 6022e All-in-One Printer

I am trying to set up for Instant Ink 

Each time I try to do this (on laptop or phone) it will only accept a United Kingdom address 

I cannot enter an Irish address. 

I have set up the printer in Ireland and selected Ireland as country etc. 

How do I set up for Instant Ink in Ireland?
