Why am I being charged for paper that I am not receiving? I had a welcome pack back in August but now I am being charged for printing on paper that I had to purchase from a store. Am I missing something? I am about to cancel that add-on

-- Why? --

Unlike Instant Ink cartridges, the printer cannot tell the physical difference between paper you purchase and paper you receive as part of the Paper subscription.

If you are on the paper plan and you put paper in the printer, the paper is counted as part of the plan to which it would belong.

The paper plan is explained in the Terms of Service.

Open the document and search for "paper".

Yes, you can cancel the paper part of the service.
