I just signed up for HP+ with what was offered was 6 months of instant ink.  When I look on my account page, it doesn't say anything about a trial. Why is that?

Hi @SW1974 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The Instant Ink trial might not be explicitly labeled as such on your account page, but you should be able to see the details of your subscription, including the duration of any promotional offer, in your account settings. Here are a few steps you can take to check the status of your Instant Ink subscription:

Log in to your HP account: Make sure you are logged in to the HP account associated with your printer.

Navigate to your account settings: Look for an "Account" or "My Account" section on the HP website. This is usually where you can find information about your subscription.

Check subscription details: Once you are in the account settings, there should be a section related to your Instant Ink subscription. This may include details about the plan, such as the number of pages allowed per month and the duration of any promotional trial.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
