Instant Ink

I have a 4500 all in one printer - I am trying to sign up for Instant Ink but I keep being redirected to to US site.  My HP account knows that I am in the UK! 

I know Instant Ink is available in the UK as I used to have it before.  Is it because my printer is out of warranty?

Please, please can someone help me?

Printer Warranty does not impact whether you can subscribe to Instant Ink.

The Instant Ink contact number is included in your regional Terms of Service Contract.

You do NOT have to have an active subscription to read the contract.
