I would be grateful if someone from HP instant ink could answer my question, as it seems I can't contact you. I have a instant ink account (£1.99) but only use very little ink as I normally don't print that often . But at the moment we are moving house and we are being bombarded with papers to print off and send back to the solicitors. I have had a notification from HP saying I have used my monthly quota, and that I am on a roll over. That's fine , but I don't want to be charged anymore as very shortly all the solicitors paperwork will cease. If I could have spoken to someone rather that use this forum my question would have been answered in a couple of minutes.

@dave1367, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand your concern. You can check how many roll-over pages are left in your account. Once you cross this number, you will be charged.

The roll-over pages will be used only if you have used up all the available pages in your monthly plan. If you don't want to be charged, you have to stop printing once the roll-over pages are empty.

You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here. Nothing can be changed even if you speak to an Instant Ink agent.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
